
Michael Patrick Dugan is a founding partner with the Indianapolis firm Dugan & Voland, LLP, which formed in January 2005. For over eighteen years, he has concentrated his practice in employment and worker’s compensation law and civil appeals. After receiving his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1988, Mr. Dugan served as judicial clerk to Justice Brent E. Dickson of the Indiana Supreme Court. Mr. Dugan currently serves on the Appellate Amicus Committee of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and remains active in state and local bar associations. He has served as an adjunct professor at Indiana University–Purdue University at Indianapolis. A former player and manager of the Indianapolis Soccer Club, he continues to play and coach soccer.

Sally A. Voland is a founding partner with the law firm of Dugan & Voland, LLP in Indianapolis. She concentrates her practice in employment law and represents private and public sector management in all aspects of worker’s compensation matters. Ms. Voland received her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law and is a member of all Indiana District Court Bars, the Indiana State Bar and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Ms. Voland has served as Chairwoman of the Worker’s Compensation section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and is a member of the Defense Research Institute and Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute, and serves on the board of Kids’ Chance of Indiana, Inc. Ms. Voland is a frequent guest speaker on topics related to employment law and the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act.

G. Terrence Coriden is of-counsel for Dugan & Voland, LLP, and is the founder of Coriden Law Offces, a private law firm with offces in Columbus, Indiana. Mr. Coriden received his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo in 1971. Governor Bowen appointed him to the Worker’s Compensation Board of Indiana. He served as Chairman of the Board from 1998 until August, 2005. Mr. Coriden is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, a board member of Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) and a board member of Kids’ Chance Foundation.

Mary Jo Wedding is of-counsel for Dugan & Voland, LLP. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis in 1988. Ms. Wedding is a member of the American, Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. She is active in a variety of community efforts and serves on the board of Disability Legal Services of Indiana, Inc.
Laura C. Hagenow is of-counsel for Dugan & Voland, LLP in Indianapolis and concentrates her practice in worker’s compensation defense. Ms. Hagenow received her J.D. degree cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law– Indianapolis in 1992. Ms. Hagenow has experience in various civil litigation matters, ranging from family law, employment law, and general litigation.
