Effectively Managing Worker’s Compensation Claims

Michael Patrick Dugan recently gave a presentation in Warsaw, Indiana outlining effective management techniques for worker’s compensation claims.  Mr. Dugan went through the basic steps that employers should take at the onset of both compensable and disputed or unclear claims.  Mr. Dugan also discussed some of the investigative options that could potentially impact claims.

DTCI Appointments and Congratulations

Dugan & Voland LLC congratulates its Associate Attorneys, Molly Czernik and Kevin Lawrence, on their elections within the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s Worker’s Compensation Section.

Molly Czernik, the President/Chair, has 4 years of litigation experience representing clients before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board and she also represents clients before the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Commission and provides general employment consulting advice on overlapping FMLA and ADA/ADAAA issues.

Kevin Lawrence, the Secretary, has five years of trial experience in the Marion County Courts as a Public Defender and now serves as defense counsel before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board.
